I think that companies now feel obligated to integrate some aspect of "Social Media" into their marketing, but most will fall short of generating a return on the investment. Murphy-Goode's campaign became viral and swept through the internet. I guarantee they saw their sales increase -but how many companies can actually get their campaigns to sweep the web like Murphy-Goode's? Do you think they ever imagined it would become this viral? I doubt it.</description>
