We felt the same way a decade ago moving from our 200 sf &quot;Yellow Submarine&quot; (the walls in the very narrow office were painted yellow to make it seem... &#039;sunny&#039;) into a 3,000 hangar. 

The space will fill up quickly, with or without a pool table.
